Resolved Bug Report: Door Closed & log block states it was closed, but player walked through door (said it was unlocked) and looted

Door Closed & log block states it was closed, but player walked through door (said it was unlocked) and looted

Please describe in detail the bug or issue.
Screenshot provided below shows log block for the door, says it was closed last... Player states that the door was unlocked. and he went into the building and looted everything. aka Logblock =/= what happened. The door was open when i found the room, and nothing was on log block that states it was opened. so either the Door bugged out.. or logblock.

So far I am unable to reproduce this, best suggestion is to just ensure you /lock whatever you own.
