Bug with lobby server and nation 1 servers

Please describe in detail the bug or issue.
When I was kicked from lobby during the restart, I relogged in and got sent to nations 1 server.

Evidence:
WeirdBuilder can testify to me being on N1's server

There is currently not anything we can do about this issue seeing as we can restrict you from doing a command to enter the server, but not to outright restrict you from the server (as far as I am currently aware). Will just need to properly move you around properly in the future
